  • We aim to respond sooner when possible.

Growth Plan & Accelerate Customers

  • Estimated response time: Within 48 business hours.

Scale & Pro Plans

  • Estimated response time: Within 2 business hours.
  • Customers on the Scale or Pro plans get a dedicated Slack channel or Telegram group.
